Abstract Submission and Presentation Guidelines
Scientific studies submitted to the congress may be presented in three formats: Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, and Online Presentation.
Abstracts submitted to the congress may be presented in either Turkish or English.
All submissions must be made only through the online abstract submission system available on the official congress website. Abstracts sent via e-mail or postal mail will not be considered.
Submitted abstracts will undergo a preliminary review by the Scientific Committee and will subsequently be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. The final decision regarding the acceptance of abstracts and the type of presentation (oral, poster, or online) will be made by the Scientific Committee.
Each author may present a maximum of two (2) abstracts at the congress.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered information during the submission process.
During the submission process, authors are required to indicate which main topic area of the congress their study belongs to. This information is important for assigning appropriate reviewers and organizing scientific sessions.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted must complete their congress registration within the specified period in order for their presentations to be included in the congress program.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book after the congress.
